Stress has been proved as a cause of weight gain, so an exercise that aims to relieve stress will eliminate this weight gain risk factor from your life. Even though the physical aspect of yoga is gentle, it still helps to keep your body healthy, limber, and in shape.

Even though we may not know exactly how yoga causes weight loss, you can use yoga to loose weight. Yoga may not be the fastest way to lose weight but you will notice many benefits after you start a yoga program. The benefits of yoga will positively affect your entire life and help you to find balance between your body, mind and soul. No other exercise program encompasses so many aspects of life and serves to create balance that will help you to live a healthy lifestyle conducive of weight loss.
